When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates listed on their individual product pages. Please note that these dates are subject to change based on production timelines, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact. Please note that 'Final Sale' items and select limited-edition collaborations are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their local government.
How should I care for my leather handbag?
To maintain the quality of your bag, we recommend storing it in the provided dust bag when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. For cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth and a specialized leather conditioner if necessary.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee any cancellations or modifications. Please double-check your shipping address and item selection before finalizing your purchase.
